**This class meets OSHA requirements and fulfills the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential. This class will also fulfill the requirements of Daycare Providers, Preschool Teachers, or School Bus Drivers**

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Policy: All class and material fees are nonrefundable, and no refunds will be issued once fees have been submitted.
Transfer Policy: Transfers will only be granted if space is available in a future class with-in 60 days of the original class date.
No Show Policy: If a student is a no-show and absent from their scheduled class, the student will not receive a refund of any kind and is not eligible for a class transfer.
Class Cancellation Policy: Class Act Training Center reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. If a class is canceled registered students will be offered to transfer to a different class at no additional charge or obtain a full refund.
